A personal identity for a distinctive home: historic in its architecture, contemporary in its presentation and relaxed in its voice.

The idea

The open door and clear roofline stand for a personal home. The wordmark pegahaus. stays lowercase. Rheinnacht and Kalk carry the design; the door in Dachziegel adds the accent.

The colours

Rheinnacht for primary surfaces and text, Rheinwasser as the secondary colour and Kalk for backgrounds. Riesling highlights details, Reben accompanies garden and nature, Dachziegel marks accents and links.

Typography & layout

Plus Jakarta Sans for headings; Figtree for body copy and labels. The wordmark is lowercase, with a full stop: pegahaus. Leave at least the height of the door around the logo. Icon minimum 16 px; full logo minimum 120 px wide.

Photography

Only genuine photographs of the property. Natural light, greenery and the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces take centre stage. No invented rooms or amenities.

The brand voice

Historic charm. New memories.

Personal, calm and specific. Short sentences welcome guests without exaggerated promises of luxury. The supporting line is “Your home by the Rhine.”
